Who is Shoalter Automation Ltd? 

Shoalter Automation Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary company of HKTV, a Hong Kong listed company (SEHK: 1137) who operate the largest e-commerce platform (HKTVmall) locally. HKTV currently employs circa 2,000 people across Hong Kong & Taiwan and has a current market cap of $1.26B USD.

Shoalter Automation Limited together with our UK operation, Shoalter Automation (UK) Ltd, is responsible for the engineering design and build of a 24/7, fully automated retail store (the first of its kind in the world), which is to be rolled out around the globe over the coming years.
Our design is a large scale, fully-automated storage and retailing system which utilises state-of-the-art robotics, unique machinery and software derived from the HKTV Group’s extensive experience and knowhow in operating HKTVmall’s hugely successful fulfilment flow. 

Our first store will be opening in Q3 of 2022 with more to follow shortly after. Watch this space!
