Christine Sinou has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at SHOM from 2007 to 2024 as a HR Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Individual and Collective HR Management since 2024. Prior to this role, they managed personnel at the Prefecture Maritime Brest from 2002 to 2007. Christine is also pursuing a degree in Public Administration at Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
