Shomit Mitter is one of London’s leading therapists. His success is in large part due to his determination to uncover the deep-seated causes of a client’s ailment rather than simply to paper over the cracks with suggestions and affirmations. He lays a lot of emphasis on empowering his clients by teaching them techniques such as meditation so that they can maintain their state of well-being well after therapy is concluded.

As well as one-to-one sessions from his West London clinic and Skype video sessions for clients worldwide, Shomit also teaches meditation workshops all over the world. The emphasis of these workshops is the pursuit of excellence: he teaches clients how to transcend their blocks, harness their power and take projects forward with focus and confidence. His work is distinguished by his ability to train his students to reach a “state of flow” where results are achieved almost effortlessly.

Online courses are now available via Shomit's website. In order to present an experience as close to one-to-one therapy as is possible, Shomit approaches the creation of his online courses with great commitment and passion. For many these courses alone are the answer to reaching a state of flow in which desires manifest almost effortlessly. For others they have provided the reassurance of a ‘stepping-stone’ before committing to one-to-one sessions, either via video calling or in person at Shomit’s London clinic. There is no quick fix. If you are looking for a meaningful life change it will not be found in a matter of minutes; there is a process – and Shomit’s online courses are designed to guide you through that process.

“The perfect mix of the spiritual and the intellectual, Dr. Shomit Mitter’s blend of yogic hypnotherapy combines the profundity of Indian meditation techniques with the efficacy of Western hypnotherapy. A highly skilled therapist, with gentle regression, he’ll unearth childhood trauma, brushing away rage, addiction or shattered dreams.” TATLER
