Shomoul Holding Company was established in 2014 with a partnership that includes Mabanee Company, which is the largest real estate company in Kuwait in terms of market value, which has made a difference in the tourism and retail sectors in Kuwait, and Al Fozan Group, one of the leading companies in the retail, industry, real estate and trade sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, And the Alshaya Group, a family company based in Kuwait, established in 1890, includes a group of leading companies in the trade, retail and real estate sectors in the Middle East, as well as in investment, cars and projects.
Based on a long-term vision, and belief in the existence of investment and real estate development opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company has developed a number of projects that are designed and implemented in accordance with the highest international standards, in order to achieve the goals of investors. The company's plans currently include two major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Avenues - Riyadh, and The Avenues - Khobar, which were inspired by the success of The Avenues in Kuwait.
