Shoora EB-5 Fund is a USCIS-designated Regional Center offering families a secure pathway to U.S. residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Our strength lies in the leadership of developers with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. Collectively, our partners have developed residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, with experience spanning luxury communities, master-planned neighborhoods, and nationally branded hotels.

Our EB-5 experience includes the AC Marriott Hotel, a successful project that generated significant job creation and demonstrated the strength of our development model. Building on that success, Shoora continues to deliver projects that are not only USCIS-compliant but also rooted in real, tangible execution.

Shoora EB-5 is led by:
Dr. Chennakesava Reddy Kummathi: Licensed physician and developer with a track record in luxury homebuilding and large-scale projects.

Vilas Patel: Developer and strategic leader with extensive experience in hospitality and commercial real estate.

Together, they bring decades of credibility, executional excellence, and investor trust to every EB-5 project, including our flagship rural TEA development, Airabella at Lake Oconee.
