David Mathias

David Mathias is a legal professional with extensive experience in planning law. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Planning North at Shoosmiths since November 2019, David previously held the position of Principal Associate at Weightmans from March 2015 to November 2019. Earlier roles include Solicitor at Pannone Solicitors and Associate at DLA Piper. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the College of Law, Chester, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from the University of Liverpool. David's foundational education was completed at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn.
