Nathan Rees is a Partner and co-head of real estate investment at Shoosmiths since April 2012, specializing in all aspects of commercial property with a focus on investment, development work, and high-value lettings. Nathan currently serves as a Trustee at The Whiteley Homes Trust, beginning in September 2023. Prior to Shoosmiths, Nathan held the position of Senior Associate at Nabarro LLP from November 2007 to April 2012, concentrating on investment transactions and acting for institutional investors and local authorities. Nathan also served as an Associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and Nabarro LLP, where responsibilities included commercial property transactions and development. Education includes a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School and a law degree from the University of Nottingham.
