Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor is an experienced director in property and workplace management, currently serving as the Director of Property & Workplace and Head of Estates Management at Shoosmiths since March 2015. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Property Controller at Wilkinson from October 2006 to April 2014. Simon's career includes significant experience at IBM as the Manager of Real Estate Construction Projects for the EMEA region, overseeing annual project capital expenditures ranging from $300M to $500M and managing the overall project delivery process across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Simon also served as Planning & Strategy Manager and Real Estate Manager Projects EMEA at IBM, as well as Project Manager at Johnson Controls from October 1994 to March 1998. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts with a specialization in Interior Design from De Montfort University.
