Dean Baumert is currently the General Manager at Shoot 360, where they focus on investing in kids to improve their lives and futures. Previously, Dean served as the Director of Basketball Operations, Director of Scouting, and Special Assistant to the Head Coach at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2019 to 2022. Their extensive background in basketball includes roles as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Eastern High School from 2012 to 2018 and as an Associate Head Basketball Coach at Aspire Basketball Academy from 2017 to 2019. Dean also gained valuable experience as a Student Manager for the University of Louisville Men’s Basketball team from 2009 to 2012, and they hold a Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration from Bellarmine University.
