Ralph Walker

Ralph Walker has a diverse work experience in the field of basketball. Ralph worked as a Floor Coach and Trainer at Shoot 360, helping players improve their skills. Prior to that, they founded BIQ Select Basketball in 2011 and served as a Business Owner, focusing on basketball IQ training. Ralph also worked as an Assistant Women Basketball Coach at Parish Episcopal School from 2021 to 2023. In addition, Ralph has experience as the Vice President of Basketball Operations at CyFair Elite Basketball and as the Director of Basketball at Dallas Sportsplex. Ralph started their career as the Director of Court Sport at Plano Sports Authority, where they worked for seven years.

Ralph Walker completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies at the University of Central Oklahoma between 2002 and 2008. Ralph then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Dallas between 2012 and 2017.
