Our Story
Shooting Film is an independent, self‑financing UK film production studio focused on bold, genre‑driven storytelling.
Our aim is to make feature films with unique stories that explore and bend the psychological and social structures that shape our society.

How we work
We develop our projects from the ground up, writing scripts shaped around the creative ambition and budget of each production.
We oversee every stage of our slate internally, from development through to post.
All research and location scouting is handled in‑house, and once the script is locked we tend to approach artists through the UK arm of established artist management companies.
We manage the full production shoot and use our own editing and SFX facilities.

Our Future
We aim to complete one feature film each year as part of our ongoing production slate.
We are currently experimenting with AI, CGI and computational techniques.
Our aim is to use these tools to create new scenes and backdrops that enhance our stories and give our audience a greater sense of immersion.
