Karen Clouse

Karen Clouse has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen currently holds the position of Director of Customer Engagement at ShootProof, a position they began in December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Foreground as a Senior Manager of Customer Learning from July 2021 to December 2022.

Karen also has prior experience at ShootProof, where they held multiple roles. Karen served as a Customer Learning Manager from February 2020 to August 2021, a Customer Success Advocate from October 2018 to February 2020, and a Loyalty Builder from August 2016 to October 2018.

Before joining ShootProof, Karen was the Owner of Atlanta Beads, Inc. from October 2003 to November 2008. Karen began their career at McAfee as a Business Development Manager from August 1999 to October 2001.

Karen Clouse attended Spring Hill College from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Additionally, they received a certification in Foundations in Customer Education from Skilljar in October 2020.
