At Shop-BOB Cares, we believe change begins with opportunity. Since 2021, we have supported 500+ BIPOC entrepreneurs and created pathways for growth that strengthen Black and Brown communities.

Our programs focus on:

Youth Employment: Providing jobs and workforce training for youth ages 14+ in low-income areas.

Business Development: Expanding visibility and resources for BIPOC-owned businesses (BOBs).

Community Engagement: Through our Youth Positivity Outreach Program (Y.P.O.P.), we have hosted free events for more than 50,000 families, creating safe spaces for children and families to connect and thrive.
