Candice Ong

Candice Ong serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Xora Innovation, an early-stage deep tech venture capital fund, since October 2023. Ong is also the Interim Chief Operating Officer at ACE.SG and has been a Board Member for ShopBack, Pick, and Enterprise Singapore. With a focus on country management, marketing, and strategic investments, Ong actively contributes to the tech community as a Member and Angel Investor at XA Network. Previous experience includes managing director roles at ZALORA Group, where Ong oversaw category management and regional marketing, as well as leadership and marketing positions at Zalora Singapore. Educational credentials include an Executive Program from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
