Joel Leong is a co-founder of ShopBack, a company established in 2014 that focuses on providing online cashback rewards. Prior to ShopBack, Joel served as the Regional Head of Partnerships at Zalora SEA from February 2013 to April 2014 and held the position of Senior Officer in Biomedical Sciences at the Singapore Economic Development Board from June 2012 to February 2013. Joel obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore, and also studied at Fudan University from 2010 to 2011.
