Marstin Lu

Marstin Lu has a diverse work experience in various marketing and business planning roles. Marstin is currently working at ShopBack as a Senior Business Planning Associate, where they collaborate with the General Manager, Business Development Head, and Marketing Head to monitor key metrics and develop initiatives for business growth.

Prior to joining ShopBack, Marstin worked at Shopee as a Category Management Planner, focusing on campaign planning, project management, and brand management to drive sales and increase user awareness of official stores.

Before Shopee, Marstin gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Arcterus Co., Ltd. Here, they successfully implemented KOL marketing strategies and managed social media platforms to increase organic downloads and followers. Marstin also worked on developing a business model for social media promotion, resulting in profit generation in the Taiwan market.

Marstin also had previous internships at Shopee and Sharelike, where they honed their skills in keywords marketing, SEO, B2B relationship management, and online advertising.

Marstin Lu completed their Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College Business School in the year 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Marstin obtained the Advanced Google Analytics Certificate of Completion and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2020. Marstin also achieved an IETLTS score of 7.5 from the British Council in August 2017.
