Natalie Koh is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at ShopBack, where Natalie leads a team to drive hiring efforts and employer branding initiatives across 11 markets. Prior to their current role, Natalie was the Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition at ShopBack, focusing on commercial hiring efforts. With experience at Pelago, Morgan McKinley, Launch Group, Cathay Pacific Airways, and Jacuzzi Brands International, Natalie has a strong background in recruitment, sales & marketing, and creative management. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Marketing with Merit from Temasek Polytechnic.
