Norman Chen

Norman Chen has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2020 to present, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ShopBack, where they implemented new account and email validation services, as well as improved front-end architecture. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Engineer at Gogoro from 2019 to 2020, where they led the frontend team, designed internal system for service quality monitoring, managed the official website with internationalization (i18n), and integrated CI/CD development pipeline with gitlab and Jenkins. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Bananawhale as a Sr. Engineer, where they implemented scraper engine, designed game server solution, and developed a log collector for game logs. Norman also worked as a Sr. Engineer at Flux Technology in 2015 and at Richi from 2012 to 2015, where they worked on various core tech projects and developed HTML5 apps. Prior to that, they served as a System Analyst at Lion Travel in 2011, where they provided solutions and requirements translation. Their first job was as a Sr. Engineer at www.books.com.tw from 2008 to 2011.

Norman Chen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Ching-Yun University. Norman attended the university from 2005 to 2007.
