Tai Lay

Tai Lay has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tai started their career in 2007 with an internship at FPT Information System. Tai then worked at Global CyberSoft JSC as a Senior Engineer, where they developed Windows UI and Linux applications for the semiconductor and steel industry. Tai also participated in the development of an RCP testing tool and led a team for a SCADA software project for a railway provider in Japan.

In 2012, Tai joined Harvey Nash as a Technical Architect, working on a project to replace a website with Umbraco CMS. Tai analyzed the business and provided a solution using Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.

Tai later joined biglabs as a Senior Software Engineer and then moved to Hewlett-Packard as an R&D Software Engineer. At Hewlett-Packard, they supported customers, analyzed bugs, and implemented new features for products such as Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and Business Process Test (BPT) in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Tai worked with technologies like COM/DCOM, WPF, WCF, Spring, Node JS, C++, C#, Java, Delphi, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.

From 2016 to 2019, Tai worked at Clearway Solutions as a Technical Lead. During this time, they gained experience in leading technical teams.

In 2019, Tai joined Talosix as a Technical Lead and Senior full-stack engineer. Tai worked on developing an Electronic Data Capture platform and Clinical Trial Management System. Tai utilized various technologies including AWS cloud infrastructure, Node JS, Typescript, Koa JS, React, Redux, Bootstrap, Python, Airflow, Redash, Flask, Postgresql, Atlassian Bitbucket Pipeline, Docker, ECS, Jenkins, Terraform, and various testing frameworks.

Currently, they are employed at ShopBack as a Senior Software Engineer.

From 2003 to 2007, Tai Lay attended Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
