Karsten Henriksen

Karsten Henriksen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, digital strategy, and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Shopbox and a Mentor at Copenhagen Fintech, Karsten has also worked as an Independent Consultant and Advisor. Previously, Karsten held various senior roles at Saxo Bank, including Senior Director of Regional Business Development and Director of Global Digital Strategy, where responsibilities spanned client growth and digital initiatives across Europe and Asia. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Morningstar Denmark A/S, Intercool Group, and financial analyst roles at Børsen Magasiner and FIRST PRIVATE Investment Management. Karsten holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Mini-MBA from Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square.
