Anuj Soni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, marketing, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy at Shopee since May 2020, Anuj leads a team focused on growth, cost optimization, and ecosystem health across Southeast Asia and Taiwan, working closely with top executives on key business initiatives. Prior to this role, Anuj held various leadership positions at Shopee India, including Head of Marketing, where a successful market entry strategy led to rapid team growth and significant app downloads.
