James Chu

James Chu is an accomplished Category Manager at Shopee since December 2017, currently leading the strategic growth of three Lifestyle categories and managing a team of over 25 members. Prior to this role, James served as a Product Supervisor at New Balance, handling the Lifestyle Footwear business in Taiwan. James began a career in product merchandising as a specialist at adidas, focusing on Sport Performance categories. Earlier experience includes working as an International Sales Representative at Flavor Full Foods Inc., where responsibilities included managing markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. James holds an MBA in Technology Management and Strategy Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, an exchange program at Korea University, and a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from National Chengchi University.
