Jeffery Wang

Jeffery Wang is an experienced professional in supply chain management and consulting, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Shopee since November 2021. In this role, Jeffery manages e-commerce supply chain systems across Southeast Asia and has enhanced customer service experiences through the integration of advanced AI and automation technologies. Previously, Jeffery worked as an Associate Consultant at J.D. Power in 2022 and as a Global Integrated Supply Chain Analyst at Philips from January 2020 to April 2021, where a focus on end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies enabled significant cost reductions through data-driven analyses. Earlier experience includes a position as a Marketing Analyst at ExxonMobil, concentrating on customer segmentation and market analysis. Jeffery holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, both from Harbin Institute of Technology, along with participation in an Overseas Exchange Programme at Pohang University of Science and Technology.
