Max Xu

Max Xu is a seasoned professional with a background in recruitment and project management. They served as a Consultant at Michael Page from 2019 to 2021 and held various roles at Shopee, currently working as a Senior Recruiter in the People Team since 2021. Prior to that, Max was the Y4GG Project Manager and Team Lead for the Incoming Global Talent department at AIESEC from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they also took on the position of VP Business Development for AIESEC in Mainland China. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Sun Yat-sen University, which they completed in 2020.
