Penny Pan is an experienced professional in the e-commerce and business development sectors, currently serving as the HRD and Director of Cross Border e-Commerce at Shopee since July 2018. Prior to this, Penny held the position of E-Commerce Director at Carrefour China from January 2018 to July 2018, and was Vice President of Business Development at KJT.COM, where responsibilities included managing and recruiting sellers for cross-border ventures. Penny also contributed significantly at Amazon from March 2013 to May 2017 as Director of Business Development, overseeing seller recruitment across multiple marketplaces and building a team in East China from the ground up. Earlier career roles include Commercial Manager at Argos China, Sourcing Development Manager at Lowe's Global Sourcing, and Commercial Category Manager at Tesco China, among others.
