Perry Chia

Perry Chia is a driven professional with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, commencing military service as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces where Perry achieved 100% equipment status for the 5th Singapore Infantry Regiment. Subsequent internships at DB Schenker and Edwards Lifesciences demonstrated skills in process improvement and inventory management, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and formerly an Associate at Shopee, Perry has spearheaded initiatives in Warehouse Management Systems that improved operational efficiency and aligned product vision with business strategy. Perry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Highest Distinction from the National University of Singapore and has furthered education at HEC Montréal.
