Sonali Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, partnerships, and customer service. Currently serving as the Middle Mile Operations Excellence Lead at Shopee Express since November 2019, Sonali has also held roles in regional partnerships and marketing at Shopeepay, as well as managing operations and leading customer service and returns.
