Vivien Lim

Vivien Lim currently serves as the Team Lead for Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Culture and Engagement at Shopee, overseeing all internal communications and events since April 2021. Previously, Vivien held the position of Campus Recruitment Lead at PwC from June 2019 to April 2021, and worked as a Campus Recruiter at Accenture, focusing on graduate hires and talent sourcing from June 2017 to June 2019. Early career experiences include a Campus Recruitment Intern role at EY in mid-2016 and a Human Resources Intern position at Neptune Orient Lines in mid-2015. Vivien holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore, earned between 2013 and 2017.
