Xiaoling Wu

Xiaoling Wu is a Senior Product Manager at Shopee since September 2021, overseeing Livestream & Video Safety, and previously served as an Associate Product Manager focusing on Regional Trust and Safety. Prior to Shopee, Xiaoling completed a Product Management Internship at Baidu, Inc., where product features were designed to reduce user churn and user feedback was transformed into product requirements. Xiaoling also gained experience as a Product Operations Intern at NetEase Youdao, a Human Resources Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and a New Media Intern at A Better Community. With a strong educational background, Xiaoling holds an MPhil in Education from the University of Cambridge and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Economics from Xiamen University. Additional studies include a one-semester exchange program at The University of Hong Kong.
