Ryan Wolfe has worked in the retail industry since 1999. Ryan started their career at Gap Inc./Banana Republic as the Sr. Director, Men's Merchandise Planning + Head of BR Canada, where they were responsible for the brand development and implementation of key company strategies. In 2005, they moved to Gap Inc./Forth & Towne as the Sr. Director, Head of Merchandise Planning and Allocation, where they led the development and launch of the brand. In 2007, they moved to Banana Republic EU as the Sr. Director, Head of Merchandise Planning and Allocation, and was responsible for the development and launch of the first Banana Republic flagship store in London. In 2008, they moved to Gap / Gap Inc. as the VP Head of Inventory Management EU and was responsible for creating and implementing a functional inventory management structure. Ryan also moved to Banana Republic / Gap Inc. as the VP/GM, Banana Republic Europe + International Franchise Product, where they were responsible for the P+L performance, management, delivery, and growth of both channels. In 2012, they moved to Toast as the Chief Operating Officer, where they delivered a +10% increase in top line revenue, +12% increase in gross margin, and improved overall underlying profit by +63%. In 2016, they moved to Be Well as the Chief Revenue Officer, where they turned the business from an operating loss to a profit increasing operating margin by 4,000 basis points. In 2020, they moved to RPW Consulting as the Principle, where they were the sole launch partner for a DTC clean hair care line with remit for brand development, manufacturing, warehouse, operations, commerce site design/development, and marketing. Ryan is currently the Co-Founder of RetailOS, a bridge infrastructure that enables omnichannel commerce for DNVB and DTC brands providing a zero cost retail as a service presence and on site regional/last mile logistics.

Ryan Wolfe attended Lebanon Union High School from 1988 to 1991 and the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business from 1992 to 1997.
