Andrew Silver is a strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience in driving growth and scaling organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shophouse and Operating Partner at Veep, Andrew oversees various operational functions while implementing systems to support sustainable growth. Previously, Andrew held the Managing Director role at Huge, managing global operations and client partnerships, and has also contributed to major organizations like USA Swimming and NBC Olympics, where they played a key role in producing award-winning content. Andrew is pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy from Harvard University.
