Daniela Bertin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and business development. Currently serving as the Store Success Manager at Shopic since 2021, Daniela has implemented the pilot Smart Cart solution for Walmart and leads the sales team by promoting operational best practices. Prior to Shopic, Daniela worked at Netmentora Chile as a Mentor and at E-CERTCHILE as a Business Developer, where responsibilities included developing commercial strategies and defining competitive solutions for market needs. Daniela's background also includes a significant tenure at Telefónica Chile, where roles ranged from Project Manager to Sales Coordinator, overseeing sales platforms across multiple countries and managing commercial strategies. Earlier experience includes generating business agreements at Forum and developing extracurricular activities at HEC Paris. Daniela holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and several professional diplomas from Universidad de Chile.
