Alex P is an experienced Engineering Lead at Shopify, specializing in the Shopify Polaris Design System since February 2019. Previous roles include Lead User Experience Engineer for the Australian Government Design System at the Digital Transformation Agency, where significant contributions involved creating a comprehensive Design System used by over 1000 websites across more than 200 organizations. In addition, Alex served as a Senior Consultant at Oakton, contributing to the beta of health.gov, and as a Front-end Developer and Interaction Designer at Oxide Interactive, where involvement in a remote team led to business growth and development of WCAG AA accessible designs for Federal Government projects.
