Allan Fu

Allan Fu, MMA, currently serves as the Lead of Technical Services at Shopify since December 2021, specializing in technology systems, project and portfolio management, and revenue operations. Prior to this role, Allan held the position of Portfolio Manager, focusing on project and portfolio management in revenue technology and operations. Allan's earlier experience includes serving as the Portfolio Oversight & Reporting Lead at Manulife, where the focus was on strategy and transformation. Additionally, Allan worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Analyst in technology portfolio management and began the career at NTT DATA as a Business Systems Analyst in US Medicare Advantage. Allan's professional journey began as a Project Officer with Service Canada in business solutions. Allan holds a Master’s of Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
