Andreas Homer

Andreas Homer is an experienced professional in product and business development, currently serving as the Director of Product Partnerships at Shopify since January 2025, where responsibilities include managing key relationships with Meta, Google, YouTube, and AI partners such as OpenAI and Perplexity. Prior to Shopify, Andreas was the Director of Product at Typeface, leading a core app redesign alongside a team of engineers and designers from January 2024 to January 2025. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Cypher, a conversational AI platform, from January 2023 to January 2024, Andreas facilitated the company's acquisition by Typeface. Previously, Andreas was the Co-Founder and CEO of Aerial, a sustainability platform, from January 2020 to January 2023. Andreas also held the position of Director of Business Development at Microsoft from January 2015 to January 2020, overseeing mobile and app partnerships with major companies including Apple, Google, and Samsung. Andreas holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California and attended The Buckley School.
