Previously, Austin held significant roles at HubSpot, doubling conversion rates and establishing design practices, and served as a Sr. Product Designer at Google, contributing to initiatives impacting billions globally. Additional experience includes positions such as UX Designer at Petbrosia and Lead Product Designer at Jack Kain Ford, demonstrating a strong foundation in design and marketing.
