Azra Park

Azra Park is a data scientist and product data scientist with experience at Shopify since January 2026 and previously at Birchwood Automotive Group, where a machine learning vehicle appraisal pricing model was developed, achieving an 80% increase in prediction accuracy and generating significant revenue. Additional experience includes a teaching assistant role at the University of Toronto, where support was provided to over 100 students in an Economic Analysis of Law course, and a business analyst position at Canada-West Assurance, utilizing Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Azra Park has also held customer-facing roles in retail and service industries, demonstrating strong communication skills and achieving sales targets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) with a minor in Statistics and Applied Computer Science from The University of Winnipeg.
