Bo Wang

Bo Wang serves as the Director of Compensation at Shopify since May 2021 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at York University since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Bo Wang held the position of Vice President, Governance Advisory at Kingsdale Advisors from April 2019 to February 2021, and worked as a Manager at Hugessen Consulting Inc. from January 2008 to December 2016. Bo Wang began a career in finance as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2007. Bo Wang holds an Undergraduate degree in Management from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Toronto, both attained between 2003 and 2007.
