Caitlin Mullen

Caitlin Mullen is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in content design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Content Designer at Shopify since January 2019, Caitlin has progressed from Content Designer to Content Strategy Intern within the same company. Prior to Shopify, Caitlin worked at Diamond Schmitt Architects as an Archives and Information Management Assistant from 2016 to 2018 and completed an internship in Metadata & Web Content Coordination with the City of Toronto in 2015. Caitlin's academic background includes a Master of Information in Knowledge Media Design and Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of British Columbia, along with studies in French and English Literature at the University of Lausanne.
