Cierra Webster

Cierra Webster is an experienced professional in team strategy and planning, currently serving as the Director of Team Strategy and Planning for Employee Experience at Shopify since February 2018. Previously, Cierra held various roles at Shopify, including Senior Lead of PMO and Program Management Lead for Real Estate. Prior to joining Shopify, Cierra worked as Store Development Manager at Mad Radish from December 2016 to February 2018, and held positions as Art Director and Gallery Director at Park West Gallery between October 2013 and December 2016. Cierra began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Western University from 2011 to 2013. Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Art History and History from Queen's University and a Master of Arts in Art History from Western University.
