Connell McCarthy

Connell McCarthy is a highly skilled designer with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as a Staff Designer at Shopify since March 2018, Connell has played a pivotal role in enhancing Shopify's employer brand, developing internal products, and executing numerous market campaigns. In addition, Connell is the Founder of Bo & Co, a creative studio launched in February 2023, which focuses on merging art and technology for impressive digital experiences. Previously, Connell was the Head of Design at Monstercat from January 2013 to March 2018, where leadership in building a design team was showcased, and Co-Founder of Track Submit, a startup established in 2013 that facilitated connections between artists and record labels.
