Day Levesque

Day Levesque is a highly experienced software developer specializing in rendering and back-end development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Developer at Shopify since August 2021, Day leads the development of APIs and back-end pipelines. Previous roles include Principal Software Engineer at Autodesk, where Day refactored the rendering pipeline for 3ds Max, and Prototype Engineer at Imagination Technologies, where Day developed a physically-based path tracer for a ray tracing platform. Day's earlier career features work at NVIDIA on the iray project and multiple positions at Autodesk focusing on rendering.
