Elijah McPherson

Elijah McPherson is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Shopify since March 2021. Prior to this role, Elijah held positions including Senior Engineering Manager at Splunk and Director of Engineering at Avero. With a strong foundation in software engineering, Elijah has also been a Lead Software Engineer at Chatmeter and held various engineering roles at Underground Elephant, Wright Brothers, Inc., Bally Technologies, and Antal Media. Elijah began a career in web development as a Web Developer and has a degree from MacMurray College.
