Federico Ruggi

Federico Ruggi is a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Shopify since October 2022, previously serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Docker, Inc. from June 2021 to October 2022. Federico has extensive experience in software engineering, including roles as Backend Team Lead at Stream, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining backend infrastructure and APIs, and as Tech Lead and Backend Engineer at Framer. Earlier experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Ultimaker, Karma, and wiMAN, where Federico contributed to various projects, including Android development, cloud solutions, and network analysis. Federico holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from OU London and has also studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
