Ilya Grigorik is a Distinguished Engineer and Technical Advisor to the CEO at Shopify, focused on enhancing commerce for all. Previously, Ilya founded PostRank, an engagement tracking service acquired by Google, and operated ForteHost, a web hosting company. Ilya held various engineering roles at Google, contributing to web performance improvements and authoring the book "High Performance Browser Networking." Ilya co-chaired the W3C Web Performance working group, guiding the development of important web performance standards.
