Jackie Warren

Jackie Warren currently serves as the External Communications Lead at Shopify, having progressed through roles such as Communications Manager and Communications Specialist since April 2020. Prior experience includes senior positions at Edelman from January 2016 to March 2020, where Jackie managed media campaigns, developed communication materials, and coordinated client events. Earlier roles include a Public Relations Intern at Citizen Relations and Wolfstar, gaining foundational experience in media outreach, event planning, and content development. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Leeds University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of British Columbia.
