Jenny May is an experienced professional in the technology and retail sectors, currently serving as a Merchant Success Manager for Shopify Plus since November 2015. In this role, Jenny has led project management efforts for the launch of Shopify’s retail sales team, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth, including budget management and expense tracking. Prior to Shopify, Jenny held administrative roles at yogatown, Trillium Dental, and Smith Petrie Carr & Scott Insurance Brokers Ltd. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Trent University, obtained in 2010.
