Jessica Kohl drives innovation at the intersection of customer experience and commerce in the Office of the President at Shopify. As a graduate of the University of Waterloo, they have held multiple leadership roles including VIP Strategy Lead and Senior Merchant Success for key accounts at Shopify. Prior to their current position, Jessica contributed to marketing strategies at The BalanceDiet Company, led digital marketing at Global Personals, and owned Kohl Consulting Inc. Jessica is also passionate about community service, particularly in children's health, fitness, and animal welfare.
