Joshua Murray

Joshua Murray is a Senior Software Developer at Shopify since August 2021, following a distinguished career at FBS from November 2007 to August 2021, where Joshua held the roles of Lead Software Developer and Director of API Development, Principal Software Developer, and Developer Manager. At FBS, Joshua designed and built a REST API with Ruby on Rails that supports FloPlan's multi-platform front ends and led a team managing a high-traffic Spark API. Earlier in their career, Joshua contributed to Minnesota State University Moorhead as an Assistant Network Administrator, creating a broadcast email and contact management system. Joshua holds a BS in Computer Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a BA in English, Philosophy, and Creative Writing from Bemidji State University.
