Joy Ekuta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, entrepreneurship, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Apprentice Product Manager at Shopify since September 2024, Joy co-founded Retrospect, a Black-owned research and creative company aimed at driving impactful brand strategies.
